Tracy was born Feb.21,1960 to Joan & Don Kowalewski.He was third child of four.He has 2 sisters 1 older Donna & 1 younger Lori. He has an older brother Gary.He was the comedian of the family & always kept us laughing. He was greatly loved by his niece & 4 nephews.He will be & is greatly missed by his family & friends.Which he had a lot of friends. Tracy touched everyone in a special way.He was the best friend,brother,nephew,son or uncle anyone could ever have.He passed away Oct.9,2006,which has been the saddest day of our lives.He is missed everyday,Rest in Peace my brother for we shall meet again one day.
